To avoid being angry and impatient you should put youserlf into a calm situation like thinking that you are on the beach, or even thinking that you are on the highest peak of the mountain seing all the wonders of the world and lastly always put yourself into a mode of a happy situation without thinking any problem and without thinking any sad moment in that way you can easily overcome anger and being impatient to any situation comes wither in work or in any public places.

- Avoid situations that trigger your anger

- Go for a short walk or jog.
- Talk about your feelings with a friend.
- Draw, paint, or listen to music to release the anger.
- Develop assertive skills to replace your aggressive behavior.

Wow, i know someone who is short tempered… ME. When I look back and recall all the damages i made particularly on things… I can really say I’m short tempered. I usually hit things(NOT person) to released my anger. I even punch our door and left a crack. Still visible when you visit our home.^_^
